                            <p style="text-align:justify">Dr Rajiv Nandy is one of the pioneers in the field of Child & Adolescent psychology in our country. As a clinician- diagnostician he has a cumulative experience of 21 years at top medical institutions like AIIMS, Lady Hardinge Medical College, Jaipur Golden Hospital etc.  Having  a background of occupational therapy, Masters in Clinical Psychology & Doctorate in Childhood Disorders, he explored the root cause of childhood learning disorders namely Dyslexia, Dyscalculia, Dysgraphia, Autism spectrum disorders, ADHD etc studying the functioning of  brain and mind combining concepts of occupational therapy & psychology. He  is an expert who uses his vast experience and expertise to evaluate differential diagnosis of any childhood learning disorder and can provide accurate clinical diagnosis which is his forte. He developed an eclectic approach for management which is followed by his students throughout the world. His keen observation and determination to serve in nation building helped develop an adolescent behaviour training program which is a path breaking concept being introduced at many public schools considering the Current  issues of extreme aggression, drug abuse, materialistic one-upmanship, poor role models, corruption  through a researched  approach of ‘positive psychology” imbibed from the University of North Carolina, USA  and character building.

                            <p style="text-align:justify">As a teacher, he has conducted more than 200 workshops, lectures at schools, institutes and medical colleges. Trained more than 1500 students, teachers & therapists in pursuing learning disability as a career option and the process is on. He has initiated courses in learning disability and other developmental conditions:-

                            	<li>ADLD( Advance Diploma in Learning Disability)</li>
                                <li>ADPT (Advance Diploma in Psychotherapy)</li>
                                <li>ADSI ( Advance Diploma in Sensory Integration)</li>
                            </ul>
                            </p>
                            
                            <p style="text-align:justify">He is also the Founder &  Chairman of Shristi a leading mental health institute recognized under -
                            <ol>
                            	<li>Registered under Indian Trust Act, Government of India. </li>
                                <li>Registered under PWD Act, Government of Delhi. </li>
                                <li>Registered under National trust </li>
                                <li>Registered under RCI (Rehabilitation Council of India) </li>
                                <li>Permanent exemption to trust under section 80G of the IT Act, 1961.</li>
                            </ol>
                            </p>
                            
                            <p style="text-align:justify">Shristi provides special schooling, vocational training to mentally challenged children. it also conducts CRE Sponsored by RCI. Besides it runs many schemes/ projects of the National trust-

                            	<li>Niramya – a health insurance policy for person’s with disability</li>
                                <li>Disha – Early Intervention and school readiness scheme</li>
                                <li>Badhte kadam- Awareness and community interaction</li>
                                <li>Sahayogi- Care Givers program</li>

                            <p style="text-align:justify">He is also the Founder & Director of Sensorium multidisciplinary clinics which supports Sensorium resource rooms at regular public schools. Sensorium  clinics aims at providing accurate diagnosis, refines and incorporates best therapeutic ( occupational therapy, speech therapy, psychotherapy, special education) practices in the field of child & adolescent learning disorders.
